It is just past the middle of winter, and I can't wait for spring to get here, but we can have it all year long if we want to. Plants can really change the mood of a home and bring it to life!
But.... are you like me and love plants to bring nature into your space, but you kill live plants as fast as you can buy them? It is a heartbreaker when you spend a bit of money on say a ficus tree, which is finicky, and it starts losing its leaves in thirty days. It is hard to justify the purchase of a new one each time. I think using faux greenery is an easy and cost-effective choice. These days there is a wide variety of high-quality options out there. Below are a few of my favorites!
You can mix and match different variations of greenery within a space to bring in a fresh, clean natural vibe. You can also try using faux stems and picks in your trees to take your decor to the next level by changing out your look seasonally or just because you want a change in scenery!
I really love cooking and having fresh herbs, but just like plants, they die before I am done using them. And I really like herb decor all year long, so faux to the rescue again. Here is the faux herb decor in my kitchen.
If you want a more nature-inspired space, don't be afraid to mix it up with a little bit of faux!
