I am here to help you manage your rental design project and support you in getting your rental property more bookings and higher listing rates with curated designs. This package includes: 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms 1 Hour In-Home Consultation In-Home Room Measurements Design Time (7 days) includes: ~Digital Color Palette/Room ~2D Digital e-Designed Concept Board/Room ~Digital e-Floor Plan ~A Product List with shipping cost ~Guest Welcome Book ~Designer will order products and have them shipped to client residence ~2 hours follow up on Host installation ~1 Hour Photography consult ~Turnover Handbook ~Includes unlimited revisions and updates to the Design Board within the Design Time allotted in the package. Additional revisions after the expired Design Time will be charged at our hourly rate. *This does not include window treatments such as blinds, shades, shutters, or other interior window installations *This does not include furniture, accessory, lighting, or product costs If you decide you need a little more help see my additional design to rent services!
