I am here to help you manage your rental design project and support you in getting your rental property more bookings and higher listing rates with curated designs. This package includes: 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms 1 Hour In-Home Consultation In-Home Room Measurements Design Time (5 days) includes: ~Digital Color Palette/Room ~2D Digital e-Designed Concept Board ~ Shopping Products ~Digital e-Floor Plan ~Designer available on call for any help needed ~Includes unlimited revisions and updates to the Design Board within the Design Time allotted in the package. Additional revisions after the expired Design Time will be charged at our hourly rate. ~2 Hour In Home follow-up after customer install for any final touches. Hourly rate over 2 hours. *This does not include window treatments such as blinds, shades, shutters, or other interior window installations *This does not include furniture, accessory, lighting, or product costs If you decide you need a little more help see my additional design to rent services!
